Gary Johnstone is a sports podiatrist and Ironman World Championship finisher who brings elite athletic experience and biomechanics expertise to Up and Running Podiatry, helping patients recover, perform, and thrive.

Matt is a podiatrist and former elite middle‑distance runner who uses his footwear and sports experience to keep patients moving pain‑free. He now helps everyone from marathoners to casual walkers get back to the activities they love.

Matthew played football for many years including state and VFL level, finishing his time with local team De La Salle Old Collegians. He held leadership titles at all levels including several years as Captain of De La.

With a history in professional dance, years of soccer and a passion for healthcare, it is no wonder that Isaac endeavoured to become a podiatrist. Throughout his career as a professional dancer Isaac won multiple international medals for Australia.

Mundeep has trained and competed in combat sports such as freestyle wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA since he was a child. His sporting background, combined with his clinical expertise, enables him to be a well-versed and specialised sports podiatrist.
Practice Manager. With a background in allied health, Laura values a personalised approach for every stakeholder and focuses on caring for others and building lasting relationships. She strives to maintain a healthy, happy work environment for all employees and patients, and enjoys working with the team and community.
Client Experience Officer. With a background in Human Resources and Nutritional Medicine, Sarah emphasizes organization, communication, and understanding patient needs to ensure a positive experience. She enjoys Pilates, Yoga, dance, travel, camping with her family, and beach walks with her Lab, Frankie.
Lauren has recently made the move from South Australia with her Husband and 11 year old son. Coming from a small regional country town, they are absolutely loving Melbourne life and everything it has to offer. Lauren has recently worked in the health field as a clinic coordinator for the past 2 years in Audiology. In Lauren’s spare time she loves making memories with her family and friends, relaxing movie nights at home and also enjoying trips away in their caravan.

With over 20 years in administration, customer service, retail sales, and public relations, Nikki brings knowledge and professionalism, building strong relationships and ensuring every patient feels welcomed and valued. She is active at the Royal Victorian Motor Yacht Club on the Membership and Event Committees.
